I have a biometrics collection letter which I did yesterday.

if you are inland, that means you already have a biometric when entered Canada. have you done the biometric again? i have valid biometric in my application and they sent me a letter to do biometric.

It doesn't matter. you need new biometrics for permanent residence

My application from the AOR says that background : we are processing your background check. I still didn't receive the IP1 status in background section. Is this normal or something is wrong? As I have heard that the status of background check changes to in process right after MEP.
Please guide.

Also all US biometrics centers allow biometrics only after 2 weeks ,just curious is there any way i can speed this up ?
