FEBRUARY 2019 *OUTLAND* SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP

Just for some that wait for Mexico transfer :

Today another batch was transferred from the last 2 weeks of November and the first weeks of December 2018....

So for all 2019.. it's NOT even started.

We should be next by September / October *sigh* (jan-feb 2019)

This information is not correct, I am a February 2019 applicant and my file was transferred to Mexico in Early June

Well you are an exception , congrats cause most are waiting. and 2018th's ones are not yet finished

For spouse:
We received application for permanent residence on February 11, 2019.
We started processing application on May 16, 2019.
We sent medical instructions on March 28, 2019.
Medical results have been received.
We sent a letter on May 15, 2019. BM


Still waiting patiently.... anyone has submitted on first week on Feb???

Almost similar to mine. But I'm still waiting for the biometrics request. Received Pre-Arrival a month ago. Whats your Visa Office anyway?

To cut it short, i am feb 7 applicant, after receiving SA, bio and medical since march, nth further received.

We applied for TRV and got rejected.
So i communicated with MP and he got me the news that my application still in Sydney and eligibility and background check didn't start yet. Also he added that my application will be transferred to London visa office :(

I know its the longest processing time (not 100% sure), but i asked my MP to be involved and try transferring it to country of residence or missisaga, but i didnt get a promise that this is possible. So now my file awaits transfer to London UK.... any idea how long still do u i have to wait based on previous experiences? I tried looking up into this forum for applicants transfered to London to get a fare time estimate but couldnt find any..

London is similar to mexico around 6 to 8 months late... so count feb + 6 to 8,, you'll have a good approximative probably you gonna be sent between august and october
