@JoshC can you please add a few lines to the February tracker. Thanks,

I only got biometrics request but no AOR or sponsorship approval.

Seems all confused , some ppl gets that in a certain order others is different

That is all random. I never got AOR1 but I received SA, MR and Bio.

I called cic and they said if you got the SA, consider it as an AOR. so no need to panic just wait.
I can see the application number and UCI in GCKey. Application number and AOR is same. Right?

My wife has received biometrics request almost a week ago, but no medical request (we're Feb 15th applicants). We haven't been able to do the biometrics yet (honeymoon trip at last!). Looks like most/all other Feb 15th applicants already got both. Is it within CIC's norm to have deviations like this or could this be an indication of any hold up?

I don't think there is any specific formula/method for that, this is random, some gets AOR, before SA, BR, or MR, some gets BR before AOR. You never know, just hope for the best and sit tight.

Don't Worry... be happy ..... :P
