Hey guys, I have a Silly question, Can we do our medicals before getting the request from CIC? My PA has to go to another city to do the Medicals and Biometrics, Yesterday I got bio request, Do I need to wait to until I get the medical request? or Can I do it before hand?

Unfortunately you do have to wait until you receive the request. (You have to take the document with you and you can't do it before you have it in hand).

Wait for a week, don't go to another city for a while. If you don't get a med request in a week, then do your biometrics. But there's a decent chance you'll get a med request during that time.

We received an email for the AOR and the Sponsor Approval at the sponsor's email address. For the biometrics and medical requests the sponsor received an email that basically says there is an update to your account, go check it. Those emails didn't specify what the update was but we could tell when we logged in what was being requested.

Hi,

I have received an email for biometrics, but online in my account it is still showing that " we don't need your fingerprints, we will msg you if this changes". using information on that letter i have booked an appointment for biometrics. Please let me know what documents do i need to carry with me, as per info i have i need passport, copy of form attached in email and appointment letter. do i need to carry anything else.

Thanks for your help in advance.

I got AOR but I am not able to find app on ecas. Is this common?
I think the systems are all operating completely independently - and ECAS doesn't get updated as often as some, so I wouldn't worry overly much. Check in a couple of days and it should be there.

Hello, just a silly question. what does SA stand for. sponsor approved ?

Hi there,
Not a silly question at all. There are definitely a lot of acronyms to learn in this process! :-)

You are correct though that SA=Sponsor Approved.
