I've noticed that some applicants have received medical request before biometrics and sponsor approval ? Is that common?
I haven't been able to link paper application for some reason-tried several times( AOR received Mar 20th)

Does CIC send an email for medical request?

An order is random, don't worry. You'll get an email with Med request even if you haven't been able to link an app to an account.

Just based on the posts for the last two weeks there are members who reported:

• A sponsor approval and Bio request without even getting an AOR.
• Bio request before medicals
• Medicals request before Bio
• Being transferred to VO even without SA
• Getting pre-arrival services before even getting a bio request.

There's some pattern in general that maybe 70-80% of applications fall into, but for others an order is still very random.
Please don't panic.

Feb 4th Applicant here, Got Biometrics request 20th March and got SA 21st March and I could able to link the application with CIC after getting my SA. So "Need not to be panic" even if you are unable to link the application, you'll still get the information through email. waiting for my medical request

Haha I was saying the same thing. I am travelling to see my husband next month so all i wanted was the AOR to surprise him with

I am in the same boat. Feb 4th Applicant and received Bio metric request 20th March and SA 21st March. I am still waiting for the medical request. Hope we get it before the weekend.
Thankfully, I was able to link my application on my first attempt.

No, there isn't. Any time any day.
