AOR from IRCC can take 30-45 days and up to 60. You are still at just 15. You'll probably have it in March, have a seat, relax
If you know anyone/friends/family who has a decent amount of $, they can write a letter of support saying they'll provide financial assistance to your family if need be. How did your husbands sister get citizenship?

This is terribly tricky indeed. it's decision that can break the family relationship with the sponsor if things turn wrong. It's like 10 years of support in Canada as far as i know.... it's asking someone to commit itself for a decade for some to enter it's really a lot , has to be a well thought decision and knowing the person that wants them in can't support them if something happen.
