As per my experience all type of immigration applications will continue to be dealt with as per the current law prevailing until the law is amended by the new federal government. Previously when Liberals formed Federal govt all applications were being dealt with the the then prevailing rules of PC party till bill C6 was brought by liberals. Therefore we should not worry till any new amendment is made in immigration law. All applications received by the IRCC before implementation of new amendment will have to be dealt with the present immigration rules.
