Hi I saw a ghost update on my account two days ago but never got a message. Most people who get positive messages tend to get them 1 day after the ghost update? My application has been in security screening since May. I'm getting a bit worried about what that ghost update may have meant. Will be grateful if someone might have a perspective
I think you have passed the security
Call them to confirm
Btw why were you in ss!

I received the pr. What type of proof is good enough? My FD will mature in December '19. I'm not planning to fly in the next month.
I have not reached that stage so dont know much but I think u can carry a babk letter which we used in file.Is your money maturing before ur leaving? Then u can put it in savings ac.

NOTHING passed for me

AOR Feb 11
VO Ottawa
Was inland, now back to home country

Eligibility: in queue to be reviewed by officer
Criminally in progress
Security not started
Medicals expired, no remed request received
No RPRF request received

In short, everything is dead for me.
An understatement to say that I am depressed, frustrated, disgusted, in despair... and all the negative words in the highest order one may want to use.
Even tired of apologizing for the rant.
I’m so sorry to hear this and I wish you strength and patience. Is your VO Sydney?

Yes, it is maturing before I travel. If I move the funds to savings account then I cannot show the statement for more than 6 months. Can you please clarify?

URGENT ADVICE NEEDED!!!

Topic - Declaration of Job Duties

A colleague of mine submitted her profile in March 2019 but forgot to upload the job duty declaration letter. She is on her 10th month of processing.

Now, Either can she voluntarily submit the job duty letters now via webform, or should she wait for a request for the reviewing office and not submit anything on her own?

She has only submitted her offer letter & relieving letter....

What should she do immediately ? She has her duty declaration letter signed by her supervisor now but can't decide whether to submit it this late or not...

Please help!

Hello,

I would advice your colleague to submit voluntarily her letter via webform. I don't think that will hurt. If the letter is not there by the time her application is reviewed, there is a chance the officer might just reject it without requesting additional documents. If the letter is there, then it might be OK and the officer might not care that the letter arrived a bit late.

These are my thoughts. I haven't had that experience so please just take it as my opinion :) hope it helps!

Hello friends,

I need some advice.

AOR Feb 11

No major updates since meds passed. I emailed Ralph's office twice. In September they said criminality and eligibility were passed and security checks had started in August. They said that if I didn't receive an update by December 4th they could request another update. So now that Ralph is not in office, is there someone I can follow this up with? And if not please share the latest phone number as I have never called in.

Secondly - the new format on the application just says
Latest update:
Review of medical results - March 28, 2019:You passed the medical exam.

So then was the office of Ralph mistaken? Has there been no movement on my bloody file?

Tried sending my first webform but the link takes me to report a technical issue.

(Also my meds were done in march but ralph's office said they were valid till dec 2019, that's not a full year, could they have pulled the wrong file?)

Any detailed response addressing all my points will be highly appreciated. I've forgotten about Canada for the most part and am probably moving cities soon and taking a new job... just need to close this chapter on some certainty.

THANKS.
