I would approach a good lawyer to represent me in an appeal, if I were you.. It seems like a very erratic reason for rejection.

My application is also based on a job offer.
Can you pls say what exactly the email from IRCC states ?
My job offer also doesn’t mention that statement .....! However it does say it is a ‘permanent full time position’.

What can we do? After all this entire migration process (not just of Canada's) is kind of a money making scam and if you dig deeper into it, you will even see people claiming that it is a version of legalised human trafficking. None of these governments and agencies involved want the best for us, they just want the money we have.

The reason doesn't seems erratic, but the use of it now seems fishy.
