Hello everyone, please I need help here. An additional document was requested from me and I was given 7 days to summit it. That I have done by uploading it through my page. Today is making it the 7th day but it is still reading 'UPLOADED- NOT SUBMITTED TO IRCC'. what do I do or is this normal? Does it take a long time to be submitted? Please I need your help. Thanks

@Osagie35 I think after you upload your document, you need to click on "continue" or someting like that on the bottom right of the page. Then you need to electronically sign your name. Have you done that? I think your documents will be uploaded after you electronically sign and click on submit.

Sorry I don't really get this, the form was meant to be printed out and signed, then uploaded. The uploading was successful.. Just that at that page where you have documents that you have uploaded in tables .it reads that it has been uploaded but not submitted to ircc.I didn't see anywhere I can electronically sign..so I am bit concern.

Congratulations to those who got the ppr mail. Those waiting, don't give up, believe me you are lucky. Here I didn't even receive the biometrics letter.
