What % of Feb AORs have got PPR? Any idea. Are we the folks on this forum the only unlucky ones? This is really painful to see play out. Spending so much effort filling up the application and having zero control as to whats going on. IRCC really needs to give clarity on the process

Personally I'm convinced the statistics released by IRCC (the whole 80% within 6 months claim) are a hoax because no way can such an overwhelming number of users on this forum exceed 6 months so often. This forum is a good sample space, if any. After all, they're not taking on any more cases than they plan to - they're the ones controlling the frequency of invitations..

I completely agree with you. Plus there are many silent spectators who must be suffering from the same ordeal but have nothing more to add. Just take back some hope and positivity to their bed.
Do you also think the applications are approved by some bias selection , Specific to certain NOC? OR its all random got lucky pot.

I think the most honest thing that IRCC mentions is that every case is unique, because I imagine every case officer must be unique. I really think it comes down to nothing more than chance and timing, who's file gets picked up by whom, and the likelihood of that officer being satisfied by said case

Yes, For instance, My application is being processed in Winnipeg IRCC, for them applications are processed in the order, first come first serve.( 100% authentic) not biased like Sydney or Ottawa based on selection factor, for eg. NOC. However 100 % applications are processed after 6 months timeline. :D . So Guys if any of your application is being processed in Winnipeg IRCC, please completely sleep for 6 months.

AOR 6 Feb. Just got an update from Ralph's office (FYI you need to include your DOB or his office will not respond)

Criminality is in process – biometrics received and under review.
Eligibility and security checks are passed.
Medicals are valid until Feb 2020.

The biometrics are under review as I have a skin condition so can't give good fingerprints.

But it's positive that eligibility and security is passed right? I knew eligibility was passed but security was blank when I ordered my GCMS notes early in May. So there has been movement since May.

I see a chink of light now :)

This is brilliant news. You’re FSW-O, UK right? VO Ottawa? Could you send Ralph’s email please? I’d like to keep it in my back pocket

Thanks. Yes I'm FSW-O, UK based. But my VO is London.

Ralph's email is goodale@sasktel.net. I used the standard template email (see page 375 of the January 19 Aor thread). I got a response same day. It seems that the reason I didn't get a response before as I didn't include my DOB as the response specifically mentioned this.

Reposting the template for you...

Email Mr Goodale
goodale@sasktel.net

Sample below:

Dear Mr Goodale,

I am an Indian resident and have applied for Permanent Residency through express entry on the xxx of January 2019

My details are:-

Applicant Information

Name of applicant: Xxx
Email address: xxx
DOB of applicant: YYYY-MM-DD
Country of birth: India
Client ID number: xxxx
File number: Xxxxx
Mobile number: 0091-9xxxx
Type of application: Permanent Residence through Express Entry

Please if you could help check the status of my application covering my eligibility, criminality and security status along with the expiration of my medical and also the visa processing centre.

Appreciate your time and help.

Sincerely,

Relax.... all January AORs have exceeded their 6 months timelines.....
So be patient buddy
Not all January AORs, My friends who applied in Jan got it with in 120 days. And those who applied in Feb got it even earlier, in the 90-100 gap. My crs is higher than all of them, so i guess that thing is useless after ITA. The only common factor i can see is that they all applied as family and am single. Being patient is not the issue for me. Whats bothering me is that I resigned my job in December last year for personal reasons. Then I applied for this thing. Now I am getting multiple offers and I cant decide what to do! I brought this upon myself. I should have known, me and luck never had good moment to share during my entire life :)
