According to my personel calculation using the forum data and the immigration tracker, 90% of AOR Feb-2019 have not got their PPR.
One thing i wanna mention here also, 95% of PR processing follows systematic procedure without any personel influence. Somebody thinks his/her pr application has got delayed because of NOC or officer or other personel stuffs! I strongly believe none of these are plausible for one reason; a PR application is processed by different departments within the IRCC which means various agents, and then it goes to seniors to review it before final decison. There might be an exceptions but as i said it could be 5-10% only!!

Best for all.

We have 5 PCCs
3 for me and 2 for spouse
My AOR date is Feb 11th.
I finally called today to check my status. After an hour on the phone waiting, I got a very nice rep. She said:

My visa office is Niagara Falls.
My criminality has passed.
My security is in process.
My Eligibility is: review required. She said they are reviewing my work experience to see that it matches NOC.

I have no doubt my work experience is the right NOC code. The only thing I can think of is that although I have been with my company for over 16 years, I originally on my application had placed all of my recent experience under 1 NOC. But, 5 years ago, I had a different NOC at the same company. The other position should still be an eligible position and I think the years of experience won't even matter since I have a provincial nomination.

Anyways, just sharing. Nothing more to do but wait.

I am inland PNP applicant and wondering if Province has already nominated me after verifying work experiences and related requirements (NOC etc) so CIC will again go through all those process ????? my understanding was if someone is PNP applicant so his application timeline should be less than normal EE FSW applicants .......Thoughts ??

nice analyse ! but I'm worried about a personal stuff in my profile ! which can delay my application ! I never found something like that in the forums or facebook groups !!! but do you think that a military service can be a reason for a delayed application !???

You should have mentioned 2 different NOC codes, did you submit 2 different reference letters as well?
I also doubt that your security is in the process because generally, the security starts after eligibility is cleared. Can you share the source from where you saw that your security is on going.

Like I said, the rep who picked up the call said that my security is in process. Who knows if any of this stuff is true or not, can't tell you that.

The way I said that was confusing - I did mention 2 different NOC codes when I submitted my AOR - just not my initial express entry application prior to AOR. I didn't submit 2 different reference letters, I had both listed on the same letter signed by my employer, since the employer hasn't changed.

I think that is the reason employment is under review and according to me, security has not started because it starts after eligiblity. (I hope your's should be an exception if agent said so and your application is processed faster).
Did you request notes to check if any remarks on the review are mentioned by the officer or not?

You have the same AOR as mine, let me know if you get any updates on PPR.
