Hi,AOR: February 13, 2019
Stream: AINP (non express entry)
Everyone here writes that there is a request to medical exam at the beginning. But in my case, the eligibility requirements and background check are already under consideration. As well- my previous medical exam has expired already. Can anyone explain why I am at this stage?

I guess that they don't even process PNP under EE CEC inland.....The majority people who received any updates are out of Canada or just EE without PNP.Hi,
I have exactly same status. BC PNP EE. I wonder this is how the PNP files are processed

Hmm, almost 50 days between AOR and MEP/BIL - seems that this stage is getting slower and slowerUpdating the previous one

Well if you really cannot get the PCC, I don't see what choice you have. Perhaps you could consider if you can strengthen your LOE more (maybe add some dates or other information to make it appear more substantial).AOR: 21 Feb 2019
MEP & BIL: 10 April 2019
I had also a request to submit Original PCC from the country I was not able to obtain one. In my application I have attached LOE with Embassy email and my employer'e email. So I did not attach PCC for certain country.
I wonder, if IRCC is not satisfied with my LOE and still requesting PCC or its just standard process to request PCC at this stage if its missing? If its latter, should I just attach the same LOE again?
