Hi - in my case it was an error in my kids' passports (wrong names in the machine readable zones) which meant the names on the COPRs and visas were wrong. I actually had to get both my kids new passports before requesting documents again. What type of error did they make in the COPR and visa for your child? They mixed up the pictures for my girls and just got a response I need to courier our
In my case, since the error was not IRCCs (but from my country's government), I had to pay a reissue fee for the COPRs online before I submitted the documents. One thing to be careful about is that if even one person has an issue, you need to submit everyone's passports and COPRs. If you are from a visa exempt country, you may possibly not need to submit passports. So even though documents were fine for my spouse and me, I had to submit all our passports and COPRs and they cancelled and reissued both visas and COPRs for everyone.
I think your message got cut off, so if you meant to ask something I didn't address, please feel free to reply.
