Guys, what is the best time to check your account for Ghost Updates? During VO working hours or after business day ?
Though they can come anytime but in my opinion the best time to check your account is 3-4 hours after their business day finishes. Like if they finish at 5 pm then best time to check your a/c for any GU’s would be around 8:30 to 9 pm.

What's the number you called on
Inland (Canada only - 1 888 242 21000) you need to have your application number. They will give you basically the same information you can see on the tool online. But is better to show interest and call and request GCMS notes so you can have an idea how long you profile will take.

Hi Guys,

I never ordered GCMS notes. Could some please help me out with the following question.

Under the UCI number they gave two types of inputs i. two four numbers ii. one 2 number box followed by two 4 numbered boxes.
Is it the client id number which is the 10 digit one and we need to split it in the second way mentioned above like so: xx-xxxx-xxxx?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
SKSV

Yes. The primary applicant number is the longer one( don’t know how many digits). We need to split that and write.start writing with the last digit you will know the order

UCI, this eight or ten-digit number is on all documents you get from CIC. It looks like this: 0000-0000 or 00-0000-0000.
Application number starts with an alphabet. Eg. E001234567 (there could be 2 alphabets in some numbers)

Hi @ranjitrajkumar,

Thanks for the info. On my application the Client Identification number is not separated by the hyphens. That's why I'm confused.
