On Aug 28th I raised a web form asking "I crossed the deadline and would like to know the status and when can I expect a ppr request". I waited until the 5th of September and gave a call. The agent said that everything looks fine and she told me that she put a reminder on the file. I was not convinced and emailed Ralph asking about my status on the same day. On the next day I got the reply for the web form I raised. Until now I didn't get anything. Every night checking spam and inbox at around 4 am and getting frustrated is my new routine .Can you please share the exact statement that you mentioned in your webform that they replied you with this answer
