Girl, Same. Here.
Same timeline. Same ol' words every time I check. ('cept it says I passed my medical.)
It sucks. Specially since I feel like.. 1. It's not getting updates. or 2. It isn't being processed..

Specially with the BGC. I haven't received ANY notice that it's been started. I'm outland USA. who did send all my files upfront (Medical, PCC, Schedule A... because we already had it in out hot little hands from planning for the previous application.)
So to see it saying this since, for us, March. 03. 2017. It's worrisome.
I never got a generic Schedule A request (so hopefully that means they have my original and they're happy with it.)
The SA email didn't say anything about being transferred to another VO.
When I spoke on the phone with CIC. The woman said, "everything looks to be in order. We have everything, and there are no notes on the account. I wouldn't worry" I would sleep better having asked her specifically:"is it okay that I sent PCC and Sch A upfront and do you have them?"

I believe she said that Mississauga is doing eligibility.. and that since there were no notes on my account.. that means it will be going to Ottawa, since I'm American. and no notes + American (99% of the time) means going to Ottawa, apparently.

you could say I've thought about this a lot. specially since others from FEB are getting PPR or AOR2.
I'm a little discouraged.

I am in the same boat as those of you stuck in this stage (SA was received on March 6). However, I had the good fortune of having had my background check change to "we are processing your background check" on GCKey account since after I received SA. Our eCAS only showed the "We started processing your application on May 4", meaning that was our unofficial AOR2. It basically took 7.5 weeks for the VO to open our file. However, some were saying that the background check might have been started in Mississauga to alleviate the backlog at the VO in Mexico, hence the "We are processing your background check" message that showed up on myGCKey account.

I have not received any requests for documents since they asked for Schedule A on March 2. The only sure way to find out what is happening with your app is to order GCMS notes. There are differing opinions as to when to order it. However, I think if it has been 3 or 4 months of waiting, after file transfer, maybe it is a good time to order them next month to see what they have been doing with your file at the VO.

If I don't hear anything by June 4, I am going to order the notes. I should be getting a request for a Canadian PCC from the RCMP in order for them to finish the background check. If they started the check in Mississauga, they should have already checked out my partner's criminal record from his home country. But I have no idea. GCMS notes should give some indication of what stage they are at with eligibility check also and if they have started background check even if your eCAS or GCKey account don't indicate it.

Is the, "We started processing your application on May 4", status on your sponsor side or PA side? I have that on my Sponsor side but only have "we sent you correspondence on May 10, 2017" on the PA side. But we only received a medical request, not a request for schedule A, sent my PCC upfront.

See I haven't had any notification of file transfer to a new VO.
So we're apparently still in Mississauga.

how about your ECAS ..what does it say .. ? looks like ur app got way before us but u still in missisauga ..thats strange ..

Hey everyone, I have some updates in myCIC after 1 month since my app was transferred to my VO.

They requested me (via myCIC) to upload again my Sched A with the details "Replacement needed". I'm not exactly sure why as there were no any reasons stated. I'm thinking maybe because I wasn't able to upload in myCIC last March when they first requested it because there was no Upload button at that time. Though, I still submitted it via IRCC webform.

This time, they're only giving me an instruction to upload it on myCIC. The initial request for my Sched A last March included options to send it via myCIC, IRCC webform, or mail.

Anyone having the similar request? :)

After a long spell of no correspondence, we finally received notice that my Schedule A was received through webform and that our file has been transferred to Ottawa. Is this considered AOR2?

ECAS just says

1. We received your application for permanent residence on February 6, 2017.
2. Medical results have been received.

That's is and that's all it's said since early March.

File transfer is AOR2. what is your timeline?

Aor 2 is actually a letter stating your app has been received by vo OR a line in ecas that states they started processing your app on dd/mm/yyyy. File transfer is NOT aor2. Mine was transferred on april 8 and aor2 was received on may 10
