My file is also in NDVO and my wife has her medical done on 18th May 2017 and the online Status got updated as of May 1st that they have received the Medical documents. Do you know how much time it will take after Medical?

Hey same with me. I think we should get DM by end of July or August. Don't expect any reply for the next couple months...since the files are at Delhi visa office But I'm hopeful to get the DM by August!! Good luck

I got confirmation that it had been attached on Tuesday, so not sure if it was the Faxed or Web Form document that got attached (it doesn't matter anyways since it is the same document). I also mailed it, but it had not gotten to IRCC yet when I got confirmation that it had been attached. So I know it was not the one I sent via mail.

The agent that told me to send it via fax said I should include a letter of explanation. In the letter I included the Application ID, Name, UCI, Country of Birth, Country of Residence, Date of Birth, Email Address, Address, and telephone number for both the sponsor and principal applicant.

What date did you send the first set of documents through webform?
After they told you the documents were attached, did things change on your MyCIC? is it showing background check in progress now?

We got Ottawa also. Same situation, thought because there hadn't been an AOR2 that it was just taking ages to get to the Sydney office. Got the notice April 12th staying it was in Ottawa. But my friend works at an immigration law firm and she says Ottawa is the fastest so it's a good thing!

First set was last week in March, 2nd set was first week in April. Fax was over a week ago.. It's showing background check in progress, but it was showing that before they confirmed it has been attached.

I faxed it from Canada. In the cover letter I gave them a background that I have uploaded it twice on Web Form and it's been over a month.

Hi MissFirefly, what's the number to Fax these documents? I uploaded 3 times via IRCC web form but I don't think they received the documents. I believe fax seems to be the right option at this moment. I would appreciate if you could share me the Fax details.

Nope!! Yes they're getting faster. So, if they start December and January files by the end of this month then hopefully they'll start February in June. So let's see

one question .. if the VO send a medical req ..will it show in the ecas too that they have sent correspondence or it will just be in mycic ? worried because haven't got the med req yet and mycic is not showing anything other then the general definition ..

In our case it didn't show anything in MyCIC and ECAS that they have sent correspondence for Medicals. They emailed my wife directly requesting to take medical and it showed up in ECAS and MyCIC once after she passed medical. You'll see something like this "You have passed the Medicals" in MyCIC and "Medical Results have been received" in ECAS once your Medical results have been submitted by Dr.

Under Sponsorship tab :

We received your application to sponsor xxxxx on February 17, 2017.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 3, 2017.
We started processing your application on March 2, 2017.

Under PA tab:

We received xxxxx application for permanent residence on February 17, 2017.
Medical results have been received.

Hi kumar what does your ECAS says about sponsorship and permanent residence tab?
Even i am also waiting for my SA and no update on ecas.
Yes you should contact them and asked them whether they have received your documents through IRCC.
