I think IRCC web form is broken and not working. I just checked with MP and got them to contact CIC/IRCC, now CIC saying that they're still waiting for my Sched A and PCC which I've already submitted (Submitted over a month ago). I am trying to find a way to submit these documents again.

Do you think mailing these forms would be the best way to go? Jeez IRCC web form sucks and I totally relied on that system.

I'm in a similar situation no change in ECAS ( even tho i received meds request ). ECAS still doesn't show file " in process "

Hey guys i have a question.! Do we get email about file transfer to visa office. Like NDVO New Delhi. How can I know where my file is in Missisauga or in New Delhi? Do we get any acknowledgement mail about schedule A received. I sent mine like 20 days ago. No email from them since that.

Hi!

Our papers is kinda stuck I think :( I don't know what to do... I am not seeing any progress. My husband sent another Schedule A last week since, we think they didn't get the first one. We didn't receive any correspondence in MyCiC or any email. I don't know what to do...

I hope some can help me or give me advice...

Our deadline to submit the schedule A was last April 28 according to the agent whom I talked to, in the beginning of April.

Someone help me please...

Anna

Was in a similar situation. I sent it twice via Web Form. They didn't receive it, so I called IRCC and the agent advised me to faxed it to 905-803-7392.

Hello,

Is there anyone who has received any kind of correspondence after submitting schedule A and police reports through the IRCC webform? How long should we wait?

Our original application was received Feb 28, 2017. We submitted our schedule A and police reports on March 29 and have received no correspondence since. I have called the CIC call center multiple times and all they can tell me is that they haven't received the documents yet!! Is this normal? Should I consider mailing these documents out again?

Any help or feedback is much appreciated!!

Just an FYI - After not receiving any correspondence regarding my Schedule A, I just submitted it through webform on 4/6. Still never got correspondence following. My husband was able to get on a call with CIC, and they basically said as long as you got an email receipt, there's nothing much they can do at that point and to just keep waiting. What's even more frustrating is that they would not speak to my husband since he isn't the SA.. But the CIC number only allows calls from within Canada and she said they don't have a number I could call directly. How does that help?! They estimated I should be receiving correspondence by end of May, ASSUMING my PCC and Sched A was received. At this point, it's just a guessing game.

She did mention there have been technical issues with the website, and to rely on Webform to submit your documents and inquiries.

Pretty frustrated that they rolled out this new way of applying for PR without working out a crucial, technical kink first. I'm probably just being impatient, but this whole process seems like a nightmare for some unlucky few. :(

I agree with you with this one. We are on the same boat... They said it would be more easier to process but right now, All the frustrations were coming in for us because they were having trouble with this new system. I feel like we are the guinea pigs were they will test this new ruling if it's effective or not...

Hi!

When you faxed your papers through that number; Did you know what happened after that? Did they received it or any acknowledgement receipt?

Did you put anything before the papers? like Attention to: and so and so?

Thank you!

We are on the same timeline.

Our application was received last February 28, 2017. Did you get anything from your MyCiC account? We sent the Sched A through the Webform and since we submitted the PCC together with the application.

Thank you!

Hi, I also have the similar situation. I sent my Sched A through IRCC Webform thrice and didn't get any confirmation. However, exactly 2 weeks after my 3rd submission, I got an email that my app is already in a VO outside Canada. So I emailed my VO and they replied to me after 2 days that they already got my Sched A document and that they will email me again if there will be any additional documents needed for my app.

Hi!

We never received anything from them since we send Sched A through the Webform. It is on our second attempt on sending it through the Webform. But until know we never heard anything from them too. Our prospective VO is Manila too!
