After uploading requested document on IRCC WEB Form , How we come to know that our document is attached by ircc with the application. Do they send us any notification?
And, do we also need to mail them that document, if yes on which address we can send that document?

There are 3 ways to send out the documents.

1. You can use MyCIC online account and upload documents from there.
2. If the first one doesn't work for you can try IRCC web form. You can upload documents there.
3. Mail the documents as requested.

Note: Use any one of the above method to send out your documents. You don't have to mail the documents if you have already uploaded them.

Yes, you will get an email notification as soon as you uploaded document using IRCC web form. You'll get an automated email reply and that gives you confirmation that the documents went through successfully. This is one of the way to make sure they got your requested documents. Still no AOR2 here.. starting to get worried.. passed medical and got SA and AOR1.

Just waiting on AOR2.

Another update from us. I checked my CIC account and I passed the medical. Thats exciting.

Does anyone know what happens next? Background checks are still in process but what would be the next step in the process?

Hello everyone. I need your help and advice. I sent my file on February 14 and they received it on February 16. Till this date I did not receive any email from them. I don't know what happened to my file. I m very tensed coz it's been almost one and half month. Is there anyone who is in the same. I am planning to send another file next week. Any suggestion.?

I have a question I sent them a copy of my husband's matriculation certificate and adhaar card because we don't have his birth certificate. Is it fine.?

Hey!! I think you should try calling CIC. You could send an explanation as to why you don't have the birth certificate. I'm not sure what you're supposed to do.

In your boat. It all depends on the visa office as to whether you receive AOR2 at all.
I have read here that London doesn't send AOR2 and the ecas 'In Progress' status may be the only indication it is at the visa office.

Received Sponsorship Approval on Mar 10
Received Transfer to VO email on Mar 20
No, Decision Made means that you are approved as a sponsor, follow the Permanent Residence Status only

I see that you have only 3 posts in this forum, you will need to be an "active member" with 10 posts or more to be able to change your signature.

Once you have the 10 posts then you can go to profile on top, click on Forum Profile Information on the left side.

day said 5 business days.... In my case it has been 13 days so far and still haven't got their request. Also i got the msg on my CIC account that they have sent me correspondence ( 11.03 ) but still not a word from them.

I have a question regarding the Background check. I linked my application and got an email request to do the medical exam, but still have not uploaded the Background check and police certificates. Will CIC ask me to do it via email or will it be in the messages in my account or shall I just do it myself...?
