Can anyone tell how to check the message after you link your application.I was told that after linking my application, the system will request 5669 by default. I linked my application and check message ,there was nothing there. Did I do smithing wrong ? I checked Ecas,it says "We sent you correspondence on March 9, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required." I assume this means police clearance and 5669. Buy I didn't get any request of them.

Even I am also facing with same issue,I think we should wait for couple of more days and once we get correspondence in our cic account then we should upload all those documents (IMM 5669 & PCC) requested by IRCC.

I'm starting to get a bit worried.. We've received ARO1, and SA, but still no AOR2. We see our application has gone into review though.
We got SA on March. 2nd
And our application was received Feb. 6. and linked Feb. 23.

No need to worry, Most AOR2 were received late last week. I don't think you'll get any updates over the weekend. Should seeing more people with their AOR2 this week and the next

My question still hasn't been answered, hopefully someone can provide insight before I call the CPC-Mississauga office tomorrow.

Wife got SA, letter said I'd get correspondence within 5 days to link my application to MyCIC account.

We already linked the application to a MyCIC account (hers)

The letter also said we have 30 days to upload our Schedule A....

buuutttttttttttttttttt... we sent that in with the FBI background check when we mailed in the application?

An error on their part? Do I wait 5 days to see if they send me something or call them?

Doesn't hurt to call them, but be prepared to wait on hold.

My request for documents didn't arrive until 8 days after I linked my application, this is perfectly normal.

Latest update from my side,

Uploaded Sched A Background form using IRCC Web form since we're not able to link our application. Hoping to upload PCC by this week or next week (As soon as we get it from the states).

When would they usually transfer our file to local visa office? Once they received our Sched A form or both Sched A & PCC?

We are a Whatsapp group of Feb/Mar Outland applicants.
If interested to be a part of this group, please PM me your contact Name and Number.

Ok wallace thanks a lot for Information.
So i will just wait for it.

So, I was reading through our letter requesting Schedule A and the checks. Turns out we didn't save the documents in the way they request them - and we wend ahead and submitted them. I'm not sure why we couldn't follow the instructions and do it the way they asked.

How much do you think they will hate us for that? Do you think it'll be a no biggy? We just saved them under the PA Last name, first name and document name.

I feel foolish.

You mean you submitted/uploaded scanned or printed copy of Sched A not the saved one on your computer? I have read somewhere that if you're uploading Sched A using online account (My CIC - GCkey) it supposed to be validated/Saved PDF not the printed one, correct me if I am wrong. If you're using IRCC method then you have to validate the form, PA's signature required (handwritten) on them, scan the copy and upload the document.

Sorry I am trying to understand which method you followed?

I also noticed somewhere, somebody said if they didn't receive your Sched A form the way they want then they will ask you to resubmit the form.

We had it validated and saved onto our computer and uploaded. But in the letter requesting it, they ask you to save the document as the Schedule with the mm/dd/yy in the document name (title) and we didn't do that. We just named the documents last name, first name schedule A and last name, first name UK police check, etc. Without the date they requested we add to the document name.

WHAT??? Am I missing something? I checked our letter and they didn't request us to save the document with the format you've mentioned. I saved mine as Schedule A Background Declaration and submitted that same doc, I didn't even mention PA's first and last name or anything while saving the document. In IRCC web form, you have to enter all the details like (UCI, APP#, PA's name, etc.,) so I thought it'll be attached to the document that we already submitted. I am not sure how the online procedure works. Would you mind telling me in which letter they listed out these instructions? One to Sponsor or PA? I checked both but couldn't find those details.

Something is gone over my head...what excatly is linking an application...I had sent my via DHL and recieved confirmation of the mail room...Do I still have to link the application, if so How do I do that...I still do not have an AOR or SA....its been 4 weeks since my package reached the mail room

Need help!

I am filing out forms to sponsor my wife and I have 2 questions. I really appreciate your help and thank you in advance.

Form:

Supplementary information your travel form - This is the additional document for Indian citizens. It ask the principle applicant to fill and list all the trips the applicant has taken plus it asks the same details for the spouse as well. I am the sponsor so should she fill wherever I have visited in last 10 years or she should leave that empty as she wasnt a part of my life until 3 month ago. Please suggest.

Checklist form - Birth certificates for the applicant plus applicant each and every family members birth certificate as well. So does she need to provide birth certificate of everyone or for just herself.

I think I know what is being discussed here:
All requested documents/information must be submitted within the timeframes specified above (formatted as “year/month/day”).

This does not mean you should name your file that way. IRCC is saying that you should submit the documents before this date for example 2017/04/18 formatted like above so there is no confusion which one is the month and which one is the day!!!!

I got scared for a bit :)

Hope this helps
