I like the new colour scheme, it helps us see how applications are progressing. The problem is maintaining the row colours.
We have 51 people of varying technical ability editing the spreadsheet at any one time, of course it will be broken.

I also like too new colour scheme if yiu have any idea pls edit
I am fully supported

I agree, I like the look of the colour coding, it's easier to read through.

Well, it's been a week since we received our AOR1 and I still can't link my application which is very frustrating. I tried from my account and got my spouse to create a new account and tried from her account as well but no luck. I have no clue how to link the application at this point. I am going to call CIC to find out how to link the application. I tried both ways (Application# and UCI # & Application# and Family name) but it doesn't like me :(

I am still glad that I got SA but in the letter they've asked us to upload/submit Schedule A background declaration form. We don't know how we can upload the Schedule A form until we find a way to link the application. It also got me curious that they haven't asked us to upload Police certificate in SA only asked for Schedule A form. Can you please tell me if they asked any one of you to upload PC in SA? Or is this something only be shown in GC key?

I can check my application in ecas and it says "Application Received"

I sent the application on Feb7. It was received on the Feb 9. No AORs received yet nor unable to link application. I am getting worried. Hope we all get it sooner

Hello everyone, my partner just got an email from CIC:

Client Information: Receipt of information from client - IMM5409: Please provide Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union

Proof of Cohabitation: Please provide proof that you were living with your SPR since August 2011. This includes but is not limited to: identity documents showing same address, insurance policies, documents showing joint ownership of possessions, joint mortgage/loan/rental agreement/bank accounts, etc.

Our lease was up last year in Nov sometime. And we sent two or maybe one letter we got in the mail from my sister with both our names on it. We don't have a joint bank account but my partner added me to her credit card account. Has anyone got this request? I'm not quite sure what to do here. Please help!

Thank you so much in advance!

We submitted our imm5409 which was done in 2013. On the checking list it is required but we thought it might be good to summit it. It is easy to get it done ,just download the form and go to any Canadian embassy and take an oath . This is a legal document for your common law relation . You might not provide enough evidence to prove your relation . Like it is said in the letter from cic ,joint account ,joint ownership, insurance, joint lease will help. By the way , which office is your go from ?

Thank you so much in advance!

Hi Everyone,

I got a different situation here, just wondering what should I do to recover this situation.

I sent my application on 30 Jan 2017 and it was received on Feb 01,2017. Till date no AOR, nor even they
return the application. I called several times, the cic representatives could not find any information about
my application. They could not locate my application with my UCI or the receipt no. I did get a text message
on Feb 01 that my application was received at IRCC mail room, that's mean for sure they received my application.
But then, how comes they lost application after that.I sent a case-specific inquiry to cpc-mississauga regrading my
application, did not get a response yet.

Is there anyone having the same case as mine?

As you mentioned your UCI, have you tried checking on ECAS about the status of the App? For some reason, not all gets AOR1, SA or, even AOR2. Some would get 1 of the 3, 2 of the 3 or, all.

I've received AOR1 for a week now but haven't got request for schedule A, police certificates, and medical. Is this normal?

I got the request in my CIC account messages (GCKey is the credential you use to access CIC)
You should receive an email when you have a message in your CIC account, given that you have set your email in the linked account.

As you can see by my timeline;
AOR1 Received : 01/03/2017
Meds Requested : 07/03/2017
Schedule A Requested : 09/03/2017

You should expect to see your requests soon.
If you look at the spreadsheet you will see some applicants receive their requests for further documentation immediately after AOR1.
I guess this all depends on the officer who is processing your application.
