Hello Everyone!

Anyone applied here for TRV for their spouse online?

My wife pr file is under process and thinking to apply TRV for her online. She is not working and don't have any property papers on her name, living with my parents.

Any suggestions or help would be really appriciated.

This is a 50/50 chance of getting approved and getting denied.
But few tried their luck but luck was not on their end.
But some are now waiting for PPR in canada.

So you'll never know until you try your luck.

Just Got PPR today. The nearest VAC for me is DOHA qatar, can I submit it there? Though my visa office is Manila?
In the letter find nearest VAC. as in literally 5- 10mins drive from my flat is the VAC office here. hehe

Very frustrating. Submitted my Dutch Police Certificate (Certificate of Good Conduct) and received this email:Nevertheless, it states clearly on the website: from here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/europe/netherlands.asp

I've emailed back, but I'm annoyed that this will delay the process...

Hi likeursula! Sorry for the late response. Both. When I got the VOG I scanned it and sent it via email, then I mailed the original. I think it'd have been fine with just the email, but officially it states that they need the original when it's a police certificate. When submitting your VOG – both via email and regular mail – I'd include a cover letter with all of the usual stuff (e.g., name, application #, etc.) but also stating explicitly that in accordance with CIC policy you have not had the VOG translated into English, as it already includes an English translation at the bottom. This was a sticking point for us and delayed our application a bit. Good luck!

Congrats Visaforca. I googled and found that Chandigarh is a small city in India. So does this mean NEW Delhi was your VO? If yes then a well deserved congrats because after that I checked and for that VO the processing time is some 13 months.
