Is there something holding it up or is SVO just moving at a glacial pace?

Glacial is an understatement lol.

As far as I know nothing is holding it up.

Medicals passed. My wife is 22, never had a gov/civil job, no military, never left Indonesia etc. The CRIM/SEC shouldn't take long.

We sent A LOT of relationship proofs, and then more after I visited her in April.

No concerns present in the notes. Actually, the only mention of anything since file transfer in the notes is the mention of receiving more relationship evidence lol.

That sucks. On the plus side, at least there's nothing to be concerned about in your notes. So, your notes basically listed everything and stated "not started"? Can they to run things in parallel to speed things up or do they just do one task at a time and not move on until that's completed?

Well my notes were pulled on May 5 from the system and SVO recieved my file April 13 according to the notes. It did say that the file was transferred, reason eligibility. Current paper file location is Registry- PS. The PS is for pre-screening. I have noticed SVO sending interview letters quickly after recieving the file and so I guess no news is good news in that regard. *knocks on wood.

As far as I know, they will access the eligibility before commencing the CRIM/SEC checks.

Sounds exactly like us...age...scenario...background...identical...but Manila VO. We just got Medical results received last week though...which I guess is something but aside from that "Glacial" is the correct word. Feb 03 2016 was our application received date.

I'm still waiting. (My timeline is on the left and in the spreadsheet, too.) They requested extra documents, although made a mistake when we sent them in which will no doubt slow the process somewhat.

well let's hope we both get DM in the next few weeks! :D

If it makes you feel any better, we got our notes from May 11th and they still had our file in the registry (no one assigned to it), all that changed from our April 12th notes were the addition of CSQ and medicals being passed. Everything else was still in the not started phase. We then got DM May 25th.

But we are talking Warsaw and Singapore here. Fast VO to one of, if not the slowest.

Good luck to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. Them days of waiting for AOR and SA seems so far away. <-- Good thing cause we getting closer to DM.

There is a line added to ECAS when additional documentation is requested. However, after the documentation is submitted, is ECAS updated to acknowledge that this request has been fulfilled?

The reason I ask is because my status reads that they requested extra documentation, but they do not acknowledge that they received it although I sent it both via email (I got an auto-reply, as per usual) and snail mail (FedEx shows that it was signed for).

They don't update ECAS for this.

Cool, thanks mega_option101. Did they email you when you got your DM or did you only see it on ECAS?

Hey DBHC:)... I was going through your timeline in the spreadsheet. Well, i am in particular interested in all those people who have been asked additional documents esp PCC. Your timeline seems a bit similar to mine. My question to you is what was it that was requested - PCC?
Thanks in advance for your response.
