Does anyone know how long the notes take to be sent?

If it helps....It's only because I'm very close that I received it so fast. I imagine yours is already out it's just taking longer because it has to travel considerably more.

Even in US - Michigan sometimes mail from Ontario takes up to two weeks. Talk about snail mail.

Don't worry - I know the feeling.

I had DM on my daughter's proof of citizenship application on Dec. 7th 2015, and only got her Citizenship Certificate in the mail on Jan 20th, 2016.

Slightly different situation, but nerve racking nonetheless.

For what it's worth, I'm also still waiting for the CoPR (I got DM on April 26, so it's been a little over a week). Maybe it's taking a bit longer since I'm in BC... but does the previous reply mean it could take up to 31 calendar days for Ottawa to post these documents?

No I was referring to ordering your case file notes. This something completely different.

Thanks for clarifying... canaussie87 was also waiting for the CoPR, so I was a little confused!

I am assuming he wanted to order them to see what is happening with his CoPR... Only problem is, that it will take 31 calendar days to see those notes, and there are strong chances he will already have his CoPR by then.

Thanks everyone - appreciate your feedback and concern on the matter! I'm in BC also.. so i'll shout out once I get in the mail :) hoping its within the next couple of days or maybe next week.. and yeah, Mega is correct - by the time the notes are released, I'll likely have had CoPR mailed and I would've landed :P

Nope.

That was the first time we ordered them.

However, a week and bit later when we started to put together my wife's TRV application we also ordered the notes from her refused study permit we applied for after our wedding and it's been 3 weeks and we still haven't gotten them.

I got home last night and checked the mail and BAMMM... CoPR :)

I'm landing tonight - has anyone got any tips?

The printing of the documents is dodgy though - looks like the printer was lacking ink or something lol pretty poor.. on the actual CoPR page they assigned me a UCI of my 1st ever working visa in Canada so my last entry in to canada says June 17 2013 lol I've had 2 WPs since with 2 different UCIs and many other landing points.... whattteeevveeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr... i'll deal with it at the border.. i double checked my application and i never gave that UCI and I was very sure that my last border entry was accurate as of November 29 2015..

Also in terms of a timeline -

DM was made April 22nd - received mail May 4th.. the CoPR is dated April 28th.. so basically, from the point of DM, it took them 6 days to print then a week to post..
