AOR 1. I had a tracking number and said it arrived tho. Just haven't gotten an email that they recieved it yet.

you will get AOR1 after they confirm that no documents are missing. on some cases, they returned the applicants' material because of something missing or forms not filled in properly or not the original documents, so confirming they have received your documents doesn't necessarily mean they will give you AOR1, just not yet.

we have the same timeline, you haven't received your AOR yet? or the SA?
AOR should come first, you can check with your sponsor's email add or are you the sponsor? Usually it's an email confirming they receive your application with Application number and UCI.
SA will come after AOR, and they will just say you are elligible to sponsor and it will tell you which visa office your application will go, as well as the next step , incase you haven't gone to have your medical exam.

Maybe the person in charge on your paper, got so excited when he/she read your application, that's why she/he is overwhelmed he /she forget to send you email. ( just kidding)

We got AOR on March 17, application received Feb 16 and still waiting for SA.... Hope after Easter Break

Yes I'm just waiting for their email to tell me they have recieved our application at least. No email at all and I double checked everything. Updated forms and all. I am the sponsor. They did say give it 60 days so I'm just hoping maybe they forgot to send me an email.

Hello Everyone, logged onto cease this morning and PR side has changed to "in process"
So right now both sides are showing in process even tho we received SA on the 29th. Mach

Sponsor side has 3 Lines
We received your application to sponsor xxxxxxxxxxx on February 23, 2016.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 22, 2016.
We started processing your application on March 21, 2016

but PR Side still only has 2 Lines
We received xxxxxxxxxxx application for permanent residence on February 23, 2016.
Medical results have been received.

I'm just wondering if this means AOR2 or do we waituntil the 3rd line is added to the PR side?

AOR2 is usually a 3rd email during PR processing, PA(Sponsored Applicant ) will receive this email Confirmation once the file has been transferred to the Local Embassy for further processing.

I dont think its AOR2, i guess you will have to wait for the 3rd line on PR side
