Whats next? How long will it take to get through next step?

If everything is complete and no interview required then 3-4 months, another month (maximum) till you receive passport with visa. So in total 5 months.

My ecas status shows in process in both the columns n ecas ..is that mean my application s transferred to local visa office.but no SA yet..application s submitted through representative..what it's signifies??what s next step then.help me out

I have a question. Hope you can answer it :
Did they send any email when they sent back the package ? or did they just returned the package?

I too had something incomplete on my IMM 5406, but they just sent an email requesting I send it again within 45 days. The email said my application will not be processed till they receive it.

No. Simply that they are working on it as of the 10th.
