The person who signed for my application was s.somandarum and now it's no where to be found I called my mp there looking into it .. but I'm also calling mla and calling a lawyer and the Jamaican consulate
I redid my forms today and have to gather all documents and my husband has to do his medicals and police check again and passport photos and I got too get my opition c again and work letter and pictures, bank statements... Ive been crying and can't eat or sleep I'm a mess...
I don't even know how too get his Canadian police check cause hes not in Canada anymore...

The file is in their office, the call centre agents are 99 percent incompetent. I waited over a month for them to put my file in the right queue, they put it in the inland queue instead of outland. I am pretty sure they didn't lose the file especially if someone signed for it, now getting the call centre to coordinate with missasauaga is the hard part, keep badgering and hopefully you get the right agent who will take you seriously and send a message to the right person at cpc-mississauga, i called the call centre everyday to get an agent to get missaussaga to fix their mistake and finally i found one who did and eventually within 3 days my file got put in the right queue and i got sponsorship approval, my advice is to keep calling and get your MP involved, only problem with the MP is they take forever to get a response.

Thanks I put Out of Canada on it but like you said there dumb and they told me they will investigate in 2 weeks ... they said they seen people wait 3 months before for an AOR.. I called my mp but your right they take forever to get back.. I said how the he'll would they loose an application when its signed for omg ..
I hope they get it straight soon I'm on the edge of my seat.. it's horrible to feel this way.. if it wasn't for this forum I would be lost... thanks everyone for listening too me and I hope I get luck soon my luck has been horrible

My file says App received Feb09th. We started process April 02nd. Decision made April 16th. please expect mail delivery delays. I never got anything from CICC not even AOR :-\. I called today the agent told me he even doesn't see that there is a letter that was sent to me. it's really stressing.I can't concentrate on my work like before, cauz I am always concerned for my wife.some parts of the word wives are vulnerable when they live alone. one day she was attacked while going back home. but thanks to God only the bag they took.please CICC help, help please. can some one tell me why after 1 week of a letter sent on 16th I have nothing in my mail or email even call center can't have that update? all the best to the ones tht got their AORs and SAs.

If you have DM, that generally means you received your sponsorship approval and your app is off to the VO, don't worry about it too much. If you are really worried, submit a case specific inquiry. I still have not received my AOR.

I wouldnt redo the application. You sent it, someone signed for it. So it has to be there.

Just try calling them everyday. See if you get someone who will provide a better answer. I'm getting nervous too since people after me received AOR but it hasnt been 62 days for me. So Im going to wait until 62 days.

I would also submit a case specific enquiry form.

It seems Fast Feb09th to April 16 that is Just 2 months.I never Heard CIC can Made Decision in 2 months.That is Good News and Don't Worry You should Get a Passport Request Soon.

call them everyday, you will find an agent that is willing to help. I will pray for you and all of us

If you provided email, they usally send the email. I looked online too in ECAS. It said yesterday decision made and we sent you a letter, but around lunch time. I recieved an email that. You are approved and your file is transfered to london.

On average, CPC-M receives around 400 applications per day. That's a ton of paperwork (literally, if the average application is 2-3kg)! It's lamentable when an application is misplaced, but the question is where might it have gone. Hope for the best, and keep pestering about trying to have your application found. Plan for the worse, and work on preparing a new one. Good luck!

Ok I called a lawyer and she said it's still early so don't waste my time getting upset yet... and I called immigration and they said they would search for it in 3 weeks because there is still time... they might not of got too my application yet.. but they received it Feb 6 that's what scares me

i think u dont need to upset, still have time for your application, i suggest you wait a little bit more am sure u will hear from CiC soon

Hi. May I ask, how did you know the status of your application if you did not receive AOR? I received the Sponsorship Approval via email, 14 days after I received the AoR. In ecas, it indicates they sent me a letter on April 16 but until now, I have not received it. Just constantly check your inbox even your junk mail. It will come.
