Hi guys, all of u ba ah merong 6 months bank history na settlement fund?dba yung required is almost 400,000 pesos... Wat if yung 6 months bank history ko is mga 200,000 pesos LNG pero yung remaining na 200,000 is now ko plang idedeposit sa existing account ko...and mgging total nmn nun is 400,000 as of this month of June.....ok LNG po ba yun or is it necessary na dapat sa history na 6 months is dapat andun na agad agad yung 400,000? For example January 2014 I have 200,000 in my account tpos yung remaining 200,000 now ko plng idedeposit dis June and total is 400,000...is it okay po ba to apply this month June din?sabi ksi sakin after 3 months pa daw ako pwede mag apply...please help po....tnx a lot..

Hi guys I'm confused regarding the settlement fund which requires a 3 months bank history..I have an existing bank account since last year....the 3 months bank history is only 5,000 canadian dollars...I am going to deposit the remaining 5,000 canadian dollars this June so the total would be 10,000 canadian which is the required settlement fund...I was advised that I can apply only after 3 months meaning this coming September because of that bank history issue...can u help me guys,thanks a lot....

I am in a dilemma here. My forms were received in Nova Scotia on 18th of June but surprisingly i checked the CIC site and saw that IMM0008 has been update to read July 2014.

The one i used has 03-2014. does anyone know the actual date this revision was made and what do i do?

The date it was modified was 16th of June and i couriered my document on 12th of June. As at 16th of June document was already close to NS (was in Quebec).

What do i do please.

Right, here are some updates regarding Nairobi VO.

I got an email from Nova Scotia on Friday 20/06/2014 that my file has already been transferred to Nairobi VO and is being held over there.

I contacted the Nairobi VO via telephone and to be honest, I was surprised that they do actually pick up the phone and are very polite. My latest status update is that my file is in a queue to be reviewed by an immigration officer. I therefore queried to as how long can it take for me to be allocated an immigration officer. And to my disappointment, the answer was between 6-12months waiting period..like for **** sake...this bull*censored word* waiting period. Nairobi received my file during April 2014 period.

Guys i need your help... I have sent my papers to CIO last February 12, 2014 via DHL and was tracked that it has been pick-up and signed by MIKE on February 19, 2014. But until now wala pa ko natatanggap kahit AOR man lng. It has been 4months and we used bank draft to pay the procesing fee which is only valid for 6months. The bank told us that they need to send back the original bank draft so we could get a refund. Dont know what to do now... Anyone knows the CIO phone number? I already sent email to CIO no reply either.

Hi we already done our medical last august 2013 the problem of our impedement is that the cio- nova scotia ask for a police clearance of my husband our principal sponsor he is currently working in canada for two years .we do all the efforts to get the clearance but unfortunately we did no get because of their policy that they only issued the said clearance for their current residents so we are advice to write a request to CIO nova scotia to waived the clearance we write them last january 28 and everytime we follow up their reply is emailsnhad been forwarded for appropriate person for review/ decesion . My question is any one knows how long it will take it to CIO before they give their decesion . Thank you for your reply
