February 2014 PNP applicant that already submitted their application to NS CIO

hi everyone, i mailed out my application on March 10,2014, they received it on March 14,2014 at CIO Sydney. waiting for File Number.

The immigration payment system crashed. It gave me receipt without charging my credit card.

just what i thought cause it happen to us but then on that day we call the bank and then we try to process the payment and it went through then we check our bank account the money has taken already

Oops! I throwed it away alredy.. I can't remember.... I guess it was xpresspost not regular post..
and they didn't charge for the payment..

You are cautious. I did not call the bank on that day, since my credit card limit did decrease to reflect the amount. However, the credit limit bounced back a few days later. The pending transaction never become finalized. ???

Did u made payment through credit card online or you sent them the pay form?
And secondly did u send them the return xpree post envelope along with your application when the first time you send them the application? Or they send you back by themselves in xpree post?
Usually we send 2 empty return envelopes along with the application so did they return you in same eempty nvelope which u gave them?

I have just sent my application but did not send two return envelopes. as the checklist says that u have to send two labels. There is no mention of return envelopes.

Any thoughts ?

Also can any experienced person tell me that if someone pays through his credit card online the transaction is completed immediately so if cio returns the application would they be returning the payment directly through the credit card or through the cheque along with application? This is because it is taking around 2 weeks for the package to return what I have seen but refund for credit payments usually come in 2 days. Any experienced person could help?

Re the credit card.. I have heard that CIC doesn't refund the payment as they expect you to send the package back after completing the missing information. But if u decide not to submit your application, you are eligible for a refund and will have to request it..

By labels they mean return envelopes so that if they want to send back the application they could use those envelopes but not to worry many times they dont use those envelopes and send back through regular post
Especially all ministries never prefer courier services to send back the applications because for couriethey have to go to courier office to send back the file
