Ohm gambler_2006, thank you..i will try, but I am worried.. anyway, since there should still be a very little days for me to resubmit my application in case i will have to, i have to be prepared because no time will be for thinking then... That is why I ask if you know what is considered to be the date when someone applied for PR to CIO? Is this the date of physical delivery of application to CIO or..? Any advice?

I understand what are you trying to say. Usually you need to write "Present" if you are currently undergoing any activity and computer does not allow to write any alphabet and you forgot to write in hand writing.
Thats just destiny bro. Stay Calm don't worry. If its writen in your destiny that you have to wait then no one can stop else you will get AOR for sure. We all have submitted our documents and perhaps might be we would have made some mistakes as well. No one knows.
Have faith, don't worry

Dear Sir,

I am Vineet kapoor, like to apply for this NSNP.
I like to know:
1. Do we need to fill & submit the GENERIC APPLICATION FOR CANADA IMM 0008, SCHEDULE-A, SCHEDULE-4, TRAVEL DETAILS FORMAT ?
2. What details can fill in EMPLOYMENT & SETTLEMENT PLAN?
3. For Birth certificate ... can use 10th pass ?
4. How we should join these documents together, as pr guidelines,,,,, we cannot file it, cannot staple ? Please suggest the APPLICATION PACKAGE METHOD?

Regards & Thanks,
Vineet Kapoor

yes, I believe it is the physical receipt of the documents at CIO. Usually you can check the tracking updates on your courier's website- the date and who signed for it. AOR is running at about 30 days from receipt at CIC-NS, so you might receive an email by April 09 or 10 containing your Application number and other details. Anyway, don't worry about your papers, if you are concerned about the wrong dates, I do not think they will reject it entirely. I read a post about an applicant who received her papers back in the mail because she filled up an old form (2002) instead of the latest form (2013) and it was not rejected, only given back for correction. The seniors in the group said that since the application reached CIO office before the LOA expiration, then this is not a problem. They will continue processing once the correct forms are received and verified to be correct. I hope this helps allay your fears.

Hey Guys,

I submitted my application to CIO on March 10, 2014. Later on, I met a problem on my receipt.

The problem is I paid online, printed out the receipt and attached it with my application to CIO. Everything was fine then.

Later on, when I checked my credit card transaction, which shows the transaction does not show up in their record.

But I did got my receipt.

I was so worried. Any suggestions right now? How shall I contact CIO?

Hey, u dont need to be panic. Credit card always take some days to show up the transaction. So when it hasnt showed in the record yet, it doesnt mean the transaction is unsucessful. Give it couple of days and check it again

Good luck

Hi House,

I hope it's okay to join this group.

Our nomination is in and we're sending our application to CIO, NS in some days.

I would like to ask if the copies mentioned in the Document Checklist are to be certified i.e. Certfiied True Copies. Or will regulae copies suffice?
