Hello all please help me,

I got a full time job offer from a Canadian employer, And the employer had submitted a concurrent permanent resident status application under the Ontario provincial nominee program,Once the initial approval is received, then my formal nominee application will be submitted.....

Regarding my education still i am worried little bit.10years of schooling and 3 years of diploma (distance education ) is eligible for OPNP.Is the minimum 13years of education is good enough to get through OPNP or 15years of education is must??

Please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You should only fill out the top part of the form because you paid online. You need to attach the receipt though.

There is a declaration portion at the end of IMM 5669, background form. We are told to leave it and not sign it yet.

Is that correct, can we leave it unsigned?

Are you referring to page 4, the oath?
You have to leave that blank.

Landed: Inland


Do they request RCMP for all Inland applicants or is it selective???? Didn't know about RCMP request at all.

My status didn't change to IP or DM yet. And it probably won't until late july or August. From other threads i figured that they are currently changing status to IP for November applicants. I am February applicant so i have a long wait.

HI if you have never applied for any CIC related document like study permit or work permit or any other permit, you will not have a client ID or unique client identification number (UCI). I don't think you need to be worried if this is the case. But in case you have applied for any document from CIC the document should contain this information.

I have a refused TRV in 2013 and what I have on it is UCI number. If I write the UCI when they are asking for client ID - are they the same.

If I write the UCI on this receipt, won't they think its a TRV I am paying for whereas this is PR. I am afraid of information mix up

sorry about the delay. My timeline is as follow
Application recived : 24 march
Medical request: 24 April
Medical recived I checked on June 4. Don't know the exact date when they recived.
Application status: application and medical recived
RCMP request on May 24
RCMP reports sent 25 may
RPRF paid 10 days ago without request
In process: not yet
Decision made : not yet
PPR: not yet
Landed : inland

Write the same UCI which you wrote on your generic application form.
If you applied for TRV and you have UCI, you can use this UCI because they will put ur PR application under same UCI. UCI is a number to identify you not just your application.
If you didnot write any UCI on generic application form then i believe they will create new UCI for you. I personally think that not mentioning your UCI is like lying to them. By one way or another they will figure out that your application has been rejected for TRV. SO there is no point in not UCI, I think

My wife had a rejected TRV too but we mentioned the UCI for her and they put her application under the same UCI as we mentioned.
Also, we mentioned that my wife's TRV was rejected and we provided them with the details why it was rejected.
It worked for us.
