I personally think that disappearance of RCv line doesn't mean transfer but background checks started
Thus, your file can be transferd to local office and continue with background checks (that's waht an agent told me once)
Sydney can initiate background ckecks and local office can finish them
That's probably why your file was transferd but your receive line is still there

Hi Taradil,

I have modified the theory as follows:

1) File is received in Sydney;
3) The Received Line disappears (probably showing a decision made on your file);
4) EITHER you are in line for your test, OR you will receive an RQ;
5) You take the test;
6) You go to the oath ceremony

When you log in you should see 2 lines under Citizenship Application: In Process and Received. That's the line I was talking about.

Please let me know how long does i take once you clear the test for Oath ceremoney
Reason is i m travelling india On 26 Aug and coming back on 27 September

Congratulations! It takes anything between a few days to two months. Some have the ceremony after only four days, and some wait for two months. By the way, could you share your timeline?

my question is do I need any documents for her school?
if yes then what document will sufficient?

Test letter receive 17 th July

Received a Notice to Appear to write a citizenship test and for verification of identity/documents today from the Kitchener office! The test is on August 6! Mine is a single application. I traveled out of country 3 times since I became a PR. Never called CIC about my file. No update on ecas as of today.
Hope everyone gets their test invite soon

You should have received your AOR and book late April. It might have been lost in the post. Phone CIC and ask.
