Was the ecas updated to show a letter of invitation was sent to him? Did you ever call CIC? How is it possible to know an application has been transferred to a local office?

i didnt even check his ecas yet. we just gt the invitation letter , let me check his ECAS now

My timeline is nearly the same, my file was transfered to local office (Fredericton) on 23rd June and received by them physically on 30th June
hope I will be invited for test soon
