Finally I got my MR and RPRF yesterday. Im so so happy. Admin, can u please update the sheet.

Hello Team,

Finally I received my request for RPRF yesterday after 13 months 15 days since I applied on Feb 10th 2014.
But the question is they neigh ask for medical nor send me a medical forms, they just said please pay your RPRF fees online.

IS this normal?

Please help.

Its already up-to-date my friend. I have also created link to update SS by yourself, but I am not sure if someone is doing that or not. Enter your information, and save the edit link for future changes so you don't have to input all the information again. People also have to take initiative to update it in case if we cant. We don't mind updating, but incase if we missed you know.

Unblocking SS is not a problem but the thing is someone then messes the SS up.

I paid my Rprf fees n got the official receipt which has thr below details blank. Do I need to fill these and send the scanned copy of receipt

1. Date of birth
2. Client id
3. Address, postal code
4. Area code n telephone number

Should I forward the rprf request mail n attach the scanned copy Or a new mail .. is there anything else I need to send.. seniors please helped

Yes, you should print out the receipt, fill in the details.
Scan the receipt and send the email to CPCO - Cost-recovery. CTDO- Recouvrement -frais@cic.gc. ca (remove space or find the email listed in ur "RPRF request", it is near the bottom)

Below are my time lines:
App. Filed: 26-02-2014
AOR Received: 19-03-2014
Med's Request: 15-08-2014
Med's Done: 28-08-2014
RPRF: Upfront on 19 Jan 2015
Status changed to In-process on 21 Jan 2015
PPR: 10 March 2015
PP sent on 11 March 2015
Visa & COPR: 26 March 2015
Landing: 27 March landed at inland immigration office

As soon as I received the PP request, I booked an appointment at the inland immigration office in Halifax and ended up getting it in a 2 weeks period. At the immigration office, officer only checked COPR & PP and cancelled all the Canadian Visas followed by the stamping on Passport. What we heard next were the golden words "Congratulations!!! You are a Permanent Resident of Canada". 8) 8)

I also got my SIN and MSI updated the same day, just by showing the COPR letter.

Note: If your file is pending for more than 1 year and not under 2nd review, you can contact your local MP. Its one of the duties of the MP to provide assistance in tracking down your file status. I also requested my local MP to look into the same. I am not sure whether it helped or not but within 2 days, I received PP request and got the confirmation from MP as well. As a proof she also forwarded me the approval email she received from CIC.

My doctor just informed me he has uploaded the e-med to CIC, that was fast, only 2 days to upload!
I hope to hear good news about my application soon. *fingers-crossed*

If your status says decusion made, it means you will receive the ppr very soon.

Don't know why but yes this is some thing new I observed to my ECAS today only
.Appreciate reply form members, if any one else observed same with their ECAS

Till yesterday when I use to log ECAS only mailing address use to display
today it is showing mailing address and Home address both in ECAS (although address is same)

I have been seeing this for 1 year now
