I had paid my RPRF in last week of March 2014. I got my passport request in first week of October, 2014 where as most of my September 2013 applicants landed by April, 2014. So there is no rule. It depends on your luck. You had done everything from your end. I liked your forum ID name. That's the only thing needed now :)

Cheers,
Kunishsa

Wow... that's a long wait! :o Did you pay RPRF upfront in March??

It was not upfront. I had paid my RPRF after CIC has officially requested for it.

Yeah... that's weird. I wish the process was more transparent. Probably in your case there was a delay at some stage...

Folks who are waiting for MR,,,

I contacted my MP's office today.
I'm one of those who are waiting for MR.
While I had a phone call with immigration staff in the office,
she says 80% of applicants receive result in their 13 months
so, you don't worry about it.
She sent me a consent form to access my file.
If I learn anything useful I'll share with you.

Thanks.

Don't loose hope guys.
