I would rewrite the responsibilities using my own words. Otherwise they will see you just copied everything. That's risky!!

I would not prefer to copy Duties from HRSDC website because its just not appropriate and VO sometimes rejects file on bases of that. I would rather prefer write in my own words. But, I have also seen people who go PR even though they copy pasted duties from HRSDC website and also added few other duties on their own. So its hard to say what VO will do about it. But if its big company then I would say it should ok because HR issued you reference letter and chances of fraud (not an appropriate term) is very less.

No this is ok. Normally its standard practice to indicate the duties from the NOC list. The noc list is so broad that we have to use it. Don't forget that you also indicated some of your other work function as well. The noc list is used to place your occupation on the immigration application. If you didn't use the list it would be impossible to place you in an immigration category.

Secondtime you are not in our february spreadsheet. Shall appreciate if you kindly provide your details i.e. NOC, Name, date of application sent, date of application received by CIO, mode of payment, country of origin, when did CIO charged you
