Go to your local police station and tell them you need PCC for Immigration Purposes and they will guide you from their. If you luck they wont give you a hard time.

One easier way is to go to ur nearest PSK(passport seva kendra) and u can get ur pcc in one day..register online and book ur appointment time...

Hi Denish918 - No, my cc has not been actually charged yet, but I called the bank for any pending charges and there was one amounted to $550, though they could not tell by whom, so I am just GUESSING it is the CIC.
