My friend`s application received in March, Sorry I cant share more than this, its not my application. I hope you understand.
It may be possible that the application screened before processing and came out with such result.

I have received my medicals on August 30 and for the purpose of BOWP, i have completed my e-medicals upfront. I have e-mailed them attaching the e-medical receipts saying i have completed my e-medicals upfront. But my ecas status is still showing the same Application received. Is there any thing i can do. should i also send the photo copy of the e-medical receipt to the CPC-Ottawa.

Please advise

In which condition status shows directly from point 1 to point 3 (Point 2 don't show in status ). Is this happen in case of upfront medical ? or in any other condition also ?

As far as I have observed, It is really difficult to say, some people got updates immediately some didn't.
I think all depends on the file reviewers` sincerity of doing his/her duty.
However, it is unpredictable, it is not worth to say that they are working in a particular pattern.
So, just wait and watch.
Guys correct me if I am wrong.

You can check in the forum of January Applicants 2014, here all are Feb applicants received AOR in March,
Anyway just wait somebody from FEb applicant 2014 may have answer for your question

Yes I got the request and lot of other Jan folks too , but receiving AOR in a certain month has nothing to do with MR

"e" is mentioned on top right corner. That means they are e-medical enabled. Best wishes.

Thanks Goku. The link you have provided is for Australian immigration...
The MR letter provides a link to panel physicians list. But that list does not seem to have any indicator on which physician is eMedical enabled.
