Yep. Agree with spookyb's reasoning here. If they dont have anything on file for you that has detail about your job, you can alread send and say that employer finally agreed. But if they already do, then I would wait and get GCMS to see where they stand. If they call it into question, then you send an updated letter. If everything is fine, then leave it alone.
