Ask your consultant if he/she received an email. If e-mail address was provided, AOR should come by e-mail. It will have your file number.

Hi All,

I have recieved my AOR today. Following are the details

Application submitted : Feb 25 2013
Credit Card Charged : April 03 2013

Could you please add me to Feb Applicants list.

And my current address will be changed from May 1 2013. Could you please let me know the process to inform about address change and what supporting documents do i need to submit for the same.

Hi All,

It seems that one of the guys who applied in February 2013 received a rejection one week after receiving an AOR. The rejection was based on not having 12 months of full time experience. What was most surprising was that he was rejected by CPC-Sydney. This type of rejection usually happens at CPP-Ottawa, and doesn't come till 9 or 10 months have passed.

This may be a one off, but could also indicate a change in processing. Most rejections are based on the eligibility criteria, so I have always wondered whether it was possible for CIC to assess eligibility earlier than the 9-10 months they take currently. It seems this particular application moved from CIO-Sydney to CPC-Sydney enroute to CPP-Ottawa.

This is potentially a good sign.
It could mean that the way the processing is done has changed sightly, making things much faster.

I dont know about that. Last year I was rejected for the same reason (not having satisfactory 12 months of experience, although under FSW), and i got the rejection email from CPC-Sydney around the same time I should have gotten the AOR. So the difference is that I never got AOR, but got the rejection email for this reason instead. So dont know for sure if the processing has changed or not.

This time, we have applied with my husband as primary applicant under CEC.

Hi All,

As i said earlier, i have received my AOR on April 9 2013. But i do not see my status in ECAS. Do you guys know how much time will it take for ECAS to reflect the status?

And i would like to send latest t4, which i got recently. As i don't know to which visa office my application was sent by Sydney,Nova Scotia, how should i send my T4 ?

Appreciate your response and advice on the same.

Thanks.

Check for the ecas status in a week.

You can scan and email your T4 to: OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca

Guys, I had sent my application on Feb 25 and it was received on Feb 27.

I haven't received my AOR, I just checked with the bank (Mode of payment Bank Draft) and the money is not yet taken. I haven't received my application back.

I see that most of the Feb Applicants got their AOR's and applicants from March just started receiving the AOR's.

What should I do now?
