I am not very sure buddy..but try it after a week but dont worry much if you are unable to see your status in ecas...eventually it will come one day...

does that mean though my application has been delayed a little for processing?

It does not mean that..u. r u necessarily worrying too much.my guess is that they might have forgot to do some step and hence it doesn't appear in the system..it does not delay ur app in anyway..

Got AOR on 12th April. Also, eCAS shows Application Recvd

I'm able to see my status in ECAS as "Application Received". My application was received on Feb 27, but its showing as Feb 28. 1 day is fine, at least some thing is showing up.

I will update the tracker too.

Mine too was recvd on Feb 27th, but it says recvd on Feb 28th. Dont know why.

Your application can be delivered 9 am in the morning or 4 pm in the evening. Since CIO receives several applications in a day they probably register entry into the online system a day later (for all the applications received a day before).

My app was received around 8 am on Mar 1 according to Canada post which is still before 9 am.. ECAS shows received on Mar 1..

Sent my NOA by e-mail to CPP-O. Got an automated reply on the same day and a reply 3 days later from the office
saying that the document was added to my file

Quick question. Did any one of you observe that after we send the additional documents like PCC, T4 or NOA, did you see that your status changed from Application Received to In Process.

I'm just guessing once we send additional documents, they have to open our file to add some thing right? And, opening the file would put the status into In Process? Are there any such chances?

Not necessary. No such change in status happens for adding of doc. I have requested adding docs to my file thrice (3 instances).

Did you receive a response all three times? Because I sent additional docs on March 28, but received no response, and I still have to send my NOA. I'm wondering if I should send them a reminder.

I received my AOR on april 9th. but whenever i go and check status on ecas @ https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=ecas
it display We were not able to identify you using the information you provided.

Am i doing right or is it normal?

It is very normal. It does take time for your status to appear in ecas. You should give it another 1 or 2 weeks.
