FOR MY FSW APPLICATION I'M NOW WAITING FOR 26 MONTHS... I GOT MY FILE NUMBER MAY 31, 2011 NOTHING HAPPEND SINCE THEN..

WOW!! Normally, I'd say thats ridic....but considering all the stuff that went on with FSW, you are lucky its still being considered. Plus, your CEC app will probably come through before the other. Lets hope for some speed when they came back from summer vacations!

When did you apply for notes? Is your ecas showing app received or in process? Anything about eligibility?

I applyied on June 16th.my ecase showing application Recived. Eligiibility not start.

You mean "when are FEB applicants expecting medicals" ?? Like I mentioned before, based on my calculation...the realistic timeline is late September to early October. When JAN applicants get underway, with the exception of those early "in process" files, we'll know its time to get ready. Next in line are December applicants, so be on the look out for changes there.

Well expectation at that time was the new rules (relaxed criteria) will be effective Jan 1,2013, so applicants wud wait.
End of the year, quota thing and all.

Relax criteria means longer queue. So, may be people who were already eligible with previous rules would try to rush and submit before Jan to avoid the longer queue.

I actually agree with both you...think both of the scenarios are applicable here. Coupled with vacations/holidays in DEC, I think the processing time will remain the same as usual. Therefore my estimate for late SEPT or early OCT for us FEB applicants. But, lets hope you are right Sara.

How many of you are thinking of ordering GCMS notes and when? I'm going to submit my police certificate sometime this week, and thinking of ordering one at some point before September.
