Guys i would like to ask is i applied CEC last february 2013 and they already send my AOR. My questions are if i quit my job and transfer to another company will my application will be on jeopardy? and second my wife is on open work permit because of my skilled work permit can she work elsewhere even if a have a work permit that is not a skilled position.

A change in job will not affect your CEC application.

If your wife has an OWP, she can work in any field, as long as there are no restrictions on her work permit document specifically saying she can't work in certain areas.

Batman31, when you change work, you will need to apply for a new work permit, and you will have to pay fees for yourself and accompanying family members. While you can get a work permit approved for you, CIC might not issue OWP to your spouse once you apply for an unskilled position. She can stay in Canada though until the expiry of her existing OWP. I suggest not to risk applying for a non skilled job.

Hey guys! I was just randomly checking out the February 2013 tracker and noticed someone messed with the form. Can the owner please lock it? I dont understand why someone feels the need to f**k with the tracker that not only helps them, but everyone else as well... Unreal!!

I've tried to fix it as best as I can. If someone's info is not there, or is inaccurate, please post your details here, and one of us will go in and fix it. Please do not make drastic changes to the sheet, especially if you are not sure how to add info. It takes a lot of time and effort getting all the information back once it is messed up. Thanks!

This is the problem, NOT sure who is owning the sheet right now.

No one should have EDIT access except applicants in list itself.

I was checking April 2013 tracker and found out that one applicant (Konstantin) got MR/RPRF/Biodata request on June 12, 2013. Here are the particulars:
NOC 2174
Nationality: Russia
Date applied: March 28
AOR received: May 13
In process: May 22
MR/Biodata/RPRF/IMM1017E requested: June 12

That's really amazing and good sign for 2013 applicants!

Good point because 2174 is also opened in May 2013 for Federal skilled program i.e. they need this skill set

2174 is NOT a new NOC code .. Even some Work Permit of 2012 is having this NOC code.

im just wondering they havent asked for PCC yet I didnt add with my file and now im waiting for them or i should ask them directly

They wont necessarily ask for it initially. Do you have it already? If so - send it!
