Hi all!

I am a newbie here and the informations are overwhelming, I don't know which thread to go for my questions.

Unlike you guys whose application are already sent, I am still in the process of completing all the documents required. And since I saw in this thread the word "MANILA" I was hoping at least someone can help me or assist me with the questions I have in mind regarding the application process.

Just to give you a brief background, I am currently working as a TFW in Calgary and my work permit expires on July 2014. I recently got married to a Canadian citizen and although I am qualified to apply under CEC or AINP, I chose the sponsorship as been told that the processing takes a lot faster compared to the rest.

I opted to apply Outland and while going through some questions on the checklist, i got confused by the police certificates and clearances requirements. I have already applied for the police certificate in Calgary and i have it already, but someone told me that i should also send the one coming from Manila which comes from NBI. So, does that mean i need to obtain an NBI clearance from Manila and a police certificate from here?

As for the medical certificate, i assume that i can just attach the receipt and information sheet the physician has provided me, since the result will be sent directly to CIC?

I would appreciate any clarification or help or opinion and idea on this concern.

Yes, you need both the PCC from Canada and Philippines (NBI) and if there's any country you've stayed for more than 6 months.
For the medical certificate, yes, the copy from the physician should be sent with the application and the results will be forwarded by the clinic to CIC directly.

It depends meron iba 6 months lang ok na pero meron iba abutin ng 1 year ... standard processing time 14 months ... tagal no

Nag email din ako sa cem bigla ako hiningan ng birth certificate, cenomar and marriage contract... binigay na namin un nung nag file kami ng application...

eto pa rin naghihintay kung ano na nagyari sa application...everytime I check online...wla pa rin...mag-3 months

na passport namin nang mga anak ko sa embassy...kakalungkot na ang situation namin...

CONGRATULATIONS IAY! Hope sunod2 na tayong mga Feb. applicants, di tayo nagkakalayo timeline..more prayers & patience pa mga ka forum! Although minsan di natin maiwasan malungkot dahil malayo tayo sa ating mahal, but keep on praying lang tayo..before Christmas hopefully makasama na natin mga asawa natin..I really miss my husband too!

Sis, how many days did it take for Visa to arrive from your DM?

Iniisip ko kasi na i-book na ticket is December 9, ayaw ko pa naman sana magbook until andian na talaga ang Visa.
