Hey there guys any updates for yous yet? My husband got his ARC request on Friday so he went yesterday and paid it and put in his updated police certificate, I am really hoping this means him and the kids will be here before Christmas! Blessings to yous!

We received the sponsorship letter from Mississauga for the babies, now we are waiting for their CSQs. Hopefully next week we will have them.

They made a mistake with the processing fees for the babies. Mississauga requested 150$ for each baby for the sponsorship amendment and the visa office also requested the payment proof. So I sent the same receipt (payed online) to the visa office. They called me and told me that the fee wasnt correctly payed, that I have to go pay another 150$ for each baby here at the bank to the embassy bank account they have here. I did that, I sent the new receipt and after 3 days they sent an email to tell me that they were wrong, that the payment proof should be sent to mississauga not to the visa office.

So once I send the CSQ scans I will have to ask them how will they reimburse the money I payed here.

The police certificates I sent are valid until november.. Should I dare think they will reach a decision by then?

Well that is still good news the same way, at least you know they are working on your file which is awesome! Believe in November! Sorry to hear you are having so many problems with the payment thing though, if you overpaid they will reimburse you.

I wanted to pay it here, but they specified that the sponsor has to pay and send the receipt to mississauga. We payed yesterday, I wonder how long it will take for the VO to receive the payment confirmation. One month or more?

Does this mean everything is ok, no interview? Can I celebrate?

Hey there, if they are asking for the RPRF then I would say no interview....on my notes my eligibility was passed (no interview) and after that they asked for the RPRF fee. It took about 3 to 4 weeks for them to process the payment then they should ask for PP! Yeah soo happy for you!

I so glad for you guys at least something is happening. I think I will be the last one in this forum.
update:

I just found out that the RCMP certificate will take 22 wks instead of 120 days, so with my calculations, we wont be getting this certificate until end of Dec 2013 and with the strike well we wont getting anymore reply from VO London til 2014.

I will have to update VO London that the initial 120days will now be 22wks and keep our file open.

well my VO time line is 20 months so I am currently sitting at 19 months and 1 week....they have 3 weeks to finish this s h i t!!!!! LOL
