yeah my MP is back in 2 weeks and then I am going there! My time line for Kingston is 19 months so i am still within the processing time right now.

Chickie I hope they contact you soon! You've been waiting long enough.

I gave birth to the twins on the 14th, we sent their birth certificate to the VO and yesterday they sent an email requesting paying the fees, copy of their passports, amending the sponsorship to mississauga and the csq. Everything in 45 days.

I don't know if I will receive the CSQ in time. Today I'm going to apply for their passports, it will take 3 days. Then sending the papers to mississauga by mail will take about a week to ten days. I don't know how long it will take to receive an answer. Only after that we can send the papers for the CSQ, which will take another 3 weeks...

I've seen on this board so many cases in which the VO rejected the application because they didn't receive all the documents in the given timeframe I'm a little bit scared, even if I can send them an email.
Also, we have 60 days to do their medicals and they requested an extension for mine.

The haven't asked for additional proof about our marriage, only the certificate, we got married at the end of may.

I'm hoping...

wow congrats on the babies! They will keep you busy during this process for sure! My advice is just try to get everything in on time and then they have no reason to reject it and if you can't make sure you send emails and print them off for verification! I don't think they will ask for more proof of the marriage after all this time, the babies should be proof enough! LOL Good luck!

Hi Europe

Well my MP cant help as my husband did live in Canada they do need his clearance from RCMP. As just don't understand why they never ask for this in the middle of the process, why wait til the end. Oh well, I always say things happened for a purpose only God knows the purpose.

Thanks mate. by the way how are you?

Hey chickie im wit you buddy.

Just got stressed again. VO London just emailed me saying that they were asking form RCMP certificate since May and they have not received them. They gave me 45 days to send this if not they are going to close the file. :'(
I spoke to RCMP Toronto told them that I sent all the necessary documents to Ottawa RCMP to get the certificate in May and apparently it will take 120days to process. The lady on the other line said that was the right procedure and I am still within the time line. So I wrote to London VO and said that I have sent the documents to Ottawa and it will take 120days to process and keep the file open as we are still interested. I have also sent the copy of my proof of postage and copy letter to Ottawa. Well hopefully they will take heed on this one.

STRESSSSSSSS!!!!!!
So chickie I am with you.
You think I did the right thing? I guess I looking for re-assurance.

Thanks

Well, they don't seem to give me much time

yes that was the right thing to do! They should know that the RCMP takes that long to process and at least you emailed and told them it is in process still and that is all you can do! Good luck!
