I don't understand exactly what you are saying. Are you saying the app was received by them June 8, 2012 and the sponsor was approved around October 11, 2012 and the file was received in Manila on October 21, 2012? Is this correct?

If it is correct then you should probably hear something over the next couple of months as June applicants are starting to get processed now.

Hey everyone i need help. we sent our passport in with the medicals done again and now when i go to ecas to check my wifes status it does not identify me it says:

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not yet begun processing it. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:

At this time, you may use this on-line service to view the status of your application ONLY if you have:
sponsored a member of the family class;
applied for permanent residence from within or outside Canada;

my husband is going to redo his medical tomorrow, does anybody knows how long we have to wait more after the medical is done it is almost 1 year i am in the process with papers

Is there a thread on here for the Vienna VO? I would think that someone that is from the same VO could answer that question as most of the VO's are different in the way they do things. My VO takes about a month to even look back at the file again after they ask for a med redo so I am not sure about yours sorry.

Thanks , i know the VO officers are busy with another aplications, cuz the close a lot of the embassy and they send files to Vienna, and evrything has to go with Vienna , i am so losing patients waiting , it is going to be one year on February 9 that we are waiting

From what I heard the system is having a technical issue which CIC is aware of. I myself am not able to log in either since yesterday. I hope this helped.

Dont bother calling the wait times are ridiculous.

Everyday, I try to log in to ECAS but for 3 days now, its still not working. Checking my email, no news, trying to phone VO London all I get is recording (unless I am using an incorrect number). This is like mental and emotional torture.
