I haven't sent the e-mail yet, but I updated it. What do you guys think?

To Immigration Section:

I have received your automated computer generated e-mail. There has been a misunderstanding with the delivery of my application. I am from the Philippines and applied for Family Class Visa. In the sponsor approval email it was stated that my application would be sent to the Manila Visa Office. The sponsor and myself have spoken with a CIC representative and they both have confirmed to reply to this e-mail message with the simple request of transferring my application to the Manila Visa Office for further processing. We understand this error may occur on occasion and we would like to respectfully request a quick transition to the Manila office.

Could you please confirm receipt of acknowledgement of this e-mail and that you will be transferring the file?

EXCERPT FROM SPONSOR E-MAIL:

She did not attach the PPR.
You can send another case specific enquiry with the attachment. It is up to you. At least they have your file number etc.

She doesn't want to because they ask not to send the same inquiry twice... and she was made to "I agree"... :p

Yeah that is ok. Just send off communication every way you can and hopefully you'll hear back soon. Can you fax?

Very good idea, no idea how to do it though... I just sent a specific case inquiry to New Delhi. I'll do one to Manila now. Here's what the result was for the New Delhi SCI.

Your enquiry has been sent to the visa office processing your application. You should receive a reply within 28 working days (by email, regular mail or fax).

If your application is within normal processing times you may not receive a reply from the visa office.

28 goddam days or they won't even talk to me if it is within processing times... rofl...

So I'll be faxing 5 pages...
The letter that explains things, the PPR, and the approval. To New Delhi and to new Manila for a total of 10 pages.
:\
siiiigh...

I even wrote "PPR 1" and "PPR 2" and "Approval 1" and "Approval 2" on the pages themselves, I can't be any more precise than that, and I put in a legend too... How much more can these fruit cakes mess up.............

28 days is worst case scenario. It will be faster. It's good you're faxing! I think they'll act quickly when they see the error. Remember Manila is fast so even with this it won't be long.

I'm about to go fax but I don't know where to fax.
Should I use Mission Fax or Immigration fax?

The total would cost me $60 (why the f*ck do I have to pay for their mistakes, it already cost me $100 for the "incomplete" forms)... I should sue these <insert all possibly profanities in this world>.

My wife will also fax to Manila and India.

We already sent 2 emails (both from her account, to delhi and re-delhi).
We each sent 2 specific inquiries (for a total of 4).

Now we are both going to fax. So immigration or mission?
I'm thinking mission... But just checking...

Well there are 2 fax numbers.
One for Mission, and one for Immigration.
It costs $1.50/page. I have 10 pages to send, twice (1 New Delhi, 1 Manila), that means 20 pages aka $30. My wife will do the same, so that's $60. Again.

How the hell did they mix up the visa office? There is a BIG difference between New Delhi and Manila. What visa office did you write down on the application form??

This is the second mistake and you've only just begun the process...I feel for you, TS!
