the address I used was:

Courier address (no public drop-offs)
2 Robert Speck Parkway,

Mississauga, ON

usually I guess everyone sends to address below
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

The address you sent to is also correct but the file might be in process to be transferred to the right officers and the right place

both places are 3 km away from each other
 
and so I wait for all of this to be sorted out....wow, if my application is missing then we are in MAJOR trouble....

Not everyone uses that address - People using couriers send their packages to the Robert Speck address, because there is someone there who can sign for the delivery.

Hi ,i hope u doing well, also i sent my appl received on FEB 16 i think we both gonna get a letter if not this week , will be for sure the next week

Okay so I called CIC again and got lucky with a really nice agent :-) I advised him of my situation and he said he'd be sending an email off to see if they can locate my file....so we're keeping our fingers crossed that they locate our application.

Yay, step one not even finished and we're off to a great start.....lol
 
what number did you use, I need to call them,my cic hasn't been updated and we both missed calls from them yesterday, no idea what about.

Automated system = Client ID and year of birth.

An agent can obviously ask different things.
But if you ring as the sponsored person, they wont normally tell you about sponsor information (and vice versa).
